Tory Ehrenberg

Tory began her hospitality career with 8 years in sales & catering with hotels in the Washington, D.C. and San Francisco Bay areas. She then went on to work as a program planner & buyer for top meeting management companies including Incentive Dimensions and Carlson Marketing Group. For 14 years at ID and CMG, she honed her skills in the areas of contract negotiations, event design and program budgets. Tory loves utilizing the strong relationships built over three decades of hotel sales, buying & planning and site selection experience to find the best locations and values for Your Sourcing Solutions clients’ meetings & incentive programs.

Courtenay Salars

Courtenay grew up in Central New Jersey. After high school, she attended and then graduated from West Virginia University School of Business and Economics with a BS in marketing.

Throughout high school and college, Courtenay held various positions in the restaurant industry. After graduation from college, she obtained and progressed through management positions within luxury hotels and venues that enabled her to gain extensive knowledge of the hotel industry.

In 2005, she transitioned out of management within hotels, and began working with meeting planners to assist and guide them with their site selection projects.
